“Have been going there for a while for eyebrow waxing, shellac pedi & mani, and the odd gel full set. Upon reaching my $40 voucher (achievable with their loyalty card; they stamp it everytime you spend $40 or more and when you reach 10 you get this voucher) I decided to get gel nails and i have had them done there before so i knew what to expect, especially considering the management would be doing my nails. i cannot say that it is the best job i have seen, there was a lot of slacking off – my cuticles were not done correctly – il have to do them myself and the overall shape was very tacky. It leaves me wondering, if i was to pay for the job, would it be different? sorry, some of the staff are wonderful, but i will not be coming back.”
