“Very poor and unprofessional service from staff, poor and abrupt greeting and being polite during the service. I really do not want to give any start to them. Their service is so frustrating and staff are really unprofessional, specially in terms of communicating properly in English.
After purchasing an online group-on voucher I made my appointment. When I got to the salon I was greeted abruptly by a staff member. The manicure was borderline painful and the staff member cut my skin making it bleed, and continuously hurting while doing it many times. No apology at all until I mentioned that it hurt me several times, while she was hurriedly cutting through my cuticles. I told several times that it hurts and be careful with it, but she continued in the same way, saying its because my hand is stiff and too dry. Of course I noticed from the very beginning she was not following the proper steps of a standard manicure. She did not allow my nails to soak in water for enough time. There was no proper buffing done at all, just rubbing my nails with the buffer just few times. Popper buffing has 3 steps with 3 sides of the nail buffer. Not sufficient hand massage with care and attention to their client. She was chatting with another staff all the time in their native language (I think Vietnamese or Korean), and chatting got worsen when I complained several times that she is hurting me after cutting my cuticle skin leading to bleed. Finally, my nails were painted in a hurry without letting sufficient time to dry in between the polish coats, and even before I left salon, few nails got ruined. Nails were not finished in a professional way, and they were painted even up to my finger skin, even some pain leaving on on skin, after she said all done. Then I had to pin point and show her each and every imperfect points to get them redone. She was just trying to get rid of me in a hurry, without doing a proper job.
Simply saying, from the begging to the end, they were treating to me like an absolute fool of knowing nothing of manicures or nail polishing, like I just appeared out of jungle to their salon for the first time. Will absolutely not be returning to this salon ever again. Very disappointed. Not worthy to the price paid or time spend.”

About 20 minutes into my treatment another staff member came in. They had a quick discussion the continued with my pedicure and manicure. The pedicure was borderline painful and the staff member cut my skin making it bleed. No apology. At the end of my treatment I was ushered to the drying area while a rather attractive male was attended to with both staff almost bending over backwards to look after him. To make a bad experience worse I now have an infected toe, I believe as a result of all the sniffling. Will absolutely not be returning to this salon ever again. Very disappointed.”

“WORST experience here. Unprofessional staff members who overbook and then try and work on 5 customers at a time. Questionable hygiene (tools were not sanitized between customers and there were cuticles/nail clippings everywhere). Absolute waste of time. Walked out after 1.5 hours and all they had done was file my nails and trim cuticles because that’s how busy they were and the girls had to keep flipping between customers. This is all despite me making a booking 2 days before for a specific time. Totally pointless and I hope you guys stop screwing customers over. I actually had to go to the nail salon across the road to get them to finish the job that you had started because the service was so pathetic!”
