Our Mission is to reach everyone in the local community so that you come to know Green Door Health is where the “door is always open”.

It is where you can come in and ask questions, get a free and honest assesment of your health and get answers.It is where you can regain your wellbeing and get value for money.

We are a Natural Therapies Clinic with a focus on Children and Family Care.

We offer Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Massage, Reflexology, Psychology and Meditation.

Our goal is to improve the health of the next generation and those caring for them: Children and their Parents! We are happy to treat anyone who walks in the door. We want you to walk in and ask questions…and get the answers you seek!

We are a team who cares deeply about the health of our children and the community, physically, mentally and spiritually. We want to work with you and give you the tools to enable you to make positive changes and improve your life.

Mums can come for a Massage, Nutrition advice, Counselling and buy supplements or receive a custom herbal blend. Children can come and get back into balance by seeing a Naturopath or Nutritionist. Teens can come and speak to a counsellor or get advice on diet, skin health or hormonal issues. Dads can come to get in shape, lose weight and gain energy.

Everyone will receive their own health folder to keep all information, handouts, notes, testing results and assessments.

We want you to come in and feel warm and welcome.  We want you to feel at home.

“Using a combination of a controlled diet, a probiotic and fish oil, Charlotte transformed from suffering with eczema all over her body to clear skin.

Doctors prescribed a steroid cream (Mometasone Furuoate 0.1%) to provide comfort to Charlotte. Although this cream does ease the irritation, it simply masks the symptoms and does not deal with the underlying reason for the eczema. Also, as a side effect, the cream is likely to thin the skin which made this undesirable to use all over an infants body.

Acting on Fins advice we modified Charlotte’s diet by adding a probiotic and fish oil. We also discovered foods that were adding to the problem and eliminated them. Before long the bad rash vanished and the irritation subsided. Charlotte slept sounder and is now a much happier child.”
