Green Lotus Tattoo was established in 2007 as a custom based studio. Since opening the

studio has hosted both Australian and International Artists and continues to attract guests from around the world.

This creative space offers professional tattooists the ability to work closely with other artists

within this field, facilitating the important element of the conferencing and sharing of knowledge that exists within the culture of tattooing.

Council for Secular Humanism and the Australian Tattooists Guild.

Green Lotus Tattoo is an independently owned custom tattoo studio. We have a range of great artists that are capable of meeting all styles of tattooing.

Do you accept walk-in appointments?
Yes, we accept walk-in appointments 7 days a week when we have artists available. If you wanted to make certain you can get tattooed on a particular day then we advise to make a booking in advance as sometimes artists can book out. Feel free to call before coming into the studio to check availability on (03) 9388 2855.

How can I make an appointment?

Can I get a quote on a tattoo?
Our shop minimum is $100, and our hourly rate for larger work over 3 hours is $180 – $200 an hour.
If you would like a quote on a specific design then please bring your design into the studio, or email the design through to greenlotus17@gmail.com
If you are wanting a quote via email then please include size, placement and colour or black and grey preference along with your reference images and description of your tattoo.

How can I get public transport to your studio from the Melbourne CBD?
TRAM: Take Tram route 19 from Elizabeth street (towards North Coburg) to stop 21-Brunswick Town Hall/Sydney Rd (Brunswick)

TRAIN: Closest station is Brunswick or Jewel on the Upfield line.

Can I get tattooed if I am under 18 with my parent or guardians consent?
No, it is illegal to tattoo anyone under 18 even with parental consent.

Do you do piercings? Do you have piercing jewellery for sale?
No, we are a tattoo studio only.

Do you have gift vouchers?
Yes, we have gift vouchers available in the studio. If you are unable to come into the studio then please email us about arranging for a voucher to be posted to you instead.

Can I reschedule my appointment?
Any changes to your appointment require AT LEAST 48 hours notice, or else you will forfeit your deposit.

Can I pay with credit card/eftpos?
Sorry we don’t have eftpos facilities onsite so we are a cash only business. There are ATM’s in close vicinity to the studio for you to withdraw cash.
