“This is by far THE WORST HAIRDRESSERS I have ever had the misfortune of visiting. Absolutely terrible experience from the onset when they left me waiting for over half an hour (but the poor girl next to me was left waiting even longer) and there was no apology or reason given for this. Insulting, unprofessional staff who tell you your hair looks lovely when quite clearly they have messed it up and it looks simply awful. Be honest and at least offer to fix it. Avoid this place at all costs – they can just about do blow drys but do not let them touch your hair for any colour or cuts. Completely ruined my hair and extremely overpriced. Does not even deserve a rating. After being completely charged here $150 for a cut, colour and highlights I had to go to another hairdressers so they could fix the mess. But its my own fault I should have seen the warning signs. Seriously – avoid this place its a disaster salon.”
