“Bought a shampoo yesterday from their online store and realised I did not get the right one and they didn’t have the one I wanted. Being an $85 purchase I wanted to cancel it. I called them 10 minutes from when I put in the order online (so no way it was already processed). The lady in the phone took my details and promised to look into it and to get back to me. Needless to say I haven’t heard back and they did charge me for the purchase. Called them again today to hear them say that the order was already shipped this morning! Clearly they had time to get the transaction canceled yesterday but I have been told the owner refused. Are you so deperate to sell to the point of forcing your mechandise on customers? Very bad practice and customer service. Of course they didn’t bother calling me back to let me know what happened. Will not do business with them again.”

“Their products and service are appalling. Huge disappointment with our long awaited salon chairs. Faulty salon chairs supplied, Hydraulics not working. Whole side fell off whilst a client was sitting on it. Padding on arms disappearing. HBI wouldn’t exchange, we were ignored by the rep & the owner of HBI. They finally exchanged the chairs when FAIR TRADING/CONSUMER AFFAIRS contacted them on our behalf. OMG the chairs they sent for replacement were even worse than the original, definitely not $1800 chairs. Eight inch screws hanging out of the back ,plastic ripped, badly fitted on frame, cheap blue foam hanging out on some, & faulty hydraulics again. To top this all off they insisted we pay freight on the delivery. We have faulty chairs and loss of $1800. I wish I could do negative 5 stars”
