Hair by Glenn is owned and operated by Glenn Ewin. As a solo operator you will experience quality service only from Glenn – from the moment you walk through the door to your stunning look at the end of the service. The whole transformative experience is one of understanding and commitment to the end result.

Biography

Glenn has more than 30 years experience in the industry and continues to be just as passionate about hair and people as when he started. He has worked as a trainer for L’Oreal in the 80s and was instrumental in setting up Aveda concept salons and Esthetiques when Aveda was first introduced into Australia.

Glenn also spent several years working with other salon owners and their staff, using his vast experience to assist with customer service training and teaching communication.

Glenn also works as a practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming – a tool with a perfect fit between people, their hair and image creation.

Corporates

Many of Glenn’s clientele come from the corporate world. He understands the time constraints of busy professionals and offers reminder calls, forward booking and flexibility with appointment times so you can always be sure you can look your best when needed.

Families

Having operated as a hairdresser for over 30 years Glenn’s clientele consists of families up to three generations. His greatest asset is flexibility of behaviour and the ability to communicate with many people on many different levels – perfect for children, adults and grandparents alike.

All Glenn’s services begin with a unique, relaxing, stress-relieving scalp and neck massage designed to relax and take away the stresses of the day. This is a lovely way to set the tone for the whole experience.

Cut
Hair by Glenn draws on years of experience to ensure you get exactly the service you expect. Glenn believes that with all the services offered, second to none is the importance of communication. To achieve a stunning result, Glenn will first work with you to understand not only you – the client, but also your hair type, texture and ability with hair to enable a stunning outcome.

Colour
Colour is exciting, transformative and very individual. Glenn brings his skill and technical ability to achieve great results for you, while never compromising the condition of your hair.

Styling
There is nothing more exciting than creating beautiful hair for that special occasion and Glenn will make sure that there is always a happy marriage between your look, your outfit and the occasion itself.

Treatments
Stressed and overworked hair can benefit greatly from one of Glenn’s hair treatments. These include moisture treatments for textured hair, and of course, Keratin treatments to smooth and straighten curly, textured or unruly hair.

Men’s Styling
Men’s styling includes cutting, colouring and also hair treatments. Glenn also offers facial waxing and in particular ear waxing, a much sought after added service for many men.
