“I went to this salon to get a Japanese Hair Straigtening Treatment. After taking half the day off work to do this they advised they had not entered my appointment in correctly, they advised there was no one suitably trained to do this that afternoon so after they called the management who I spoke to they advised I would need to come back the next day. I rescheduled due to their inaccurate booking, I returned the next day and the staff who were there the previous day, did the treatment. I have had the treatment done over 4 years with two seperate salons and also had fatastic straight hair as a result. They took 2 hours – the process takes approx 4. It was actually quite a painful process. They would also not give me a straight answer whether They had been trained in the process and when I asked why the process was clearly different than I had experienced with several steps missing they said all “salons do this differently” -it was clearly significantly different. At the end they just blow dried it straight- I guess so I would not notice the poor results. 2 days later and my hair is clearly very curly. I have called 6 times to discuss with the management and have emailed to that effect and still noone has called back. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMMEND NOONE EVER GO TO THIS SALON FOR ANYTHING BUT A BASIC HAIRCUT”
