With over 20 years industry experience, you can trust you are in good hands with the owner of Hair France, Carole Marchandier. Hair France in Five Dock is a beautiful, french inspired hair salon that offers professional hair and beauty services.
Carole started as an apprentice hairdresser in Burgandy, France, and graduated with a Diploma of Hairdressing Master Artisan. She successfully developed her business between 1982 and 1999 while pursuing her passion for marathon running, a passion that’s seen her run the New York City Marathon.
In 1982, she established a successful hairdressing business in the South of France Roquebrune Cap Martin, near the Principality of Monaco. Having lived and worked near the Italian border, Carole had many Italian customers also. During her career, she was fortunate to have prestigious clients in need of her talent, including members of the Spanish Royal family, and other celebrities either living, or visiting Monaco. In 1997, Carole participated in the Hairdresser World Championships in Paris, and competed in the Wedding Category.
Carole settled in Sydney, Australia in 1999 and started operating as a mobile hairdresser in 2001. She is an accomplished unisex hairdresser with a forte in bridal hairstyling. She is also an active member of the community and is a member of the Lions Club.
Carole says ‘I am very passionate about my work and I thoroughly enjoy the interaction with my clients, many of whom I’ve known for many years’.
