Nicky Team Leader

Leading the team at Hair La Natural & bringing the team over 21 years of experience is part owner and operator Nicky

Nicky was trained in Brisbane, Melbourne and also traveled to Sydney Hair Expo from year to year to keep up with the latest styles and techniques in fashion. With fine and long hair being her favourite, she enjoys creating that new look for you, a style cut and colour with a twist of something unique. Barber trained as well Nicky can create a great style for the man in your life. Nicky is our Curl specialist.

After having naturally curly hair her whole life she is an expert at cutting and styling even the hardest to manage curls. Nicky completed her apprenticeship in the era of perms, so she can perm, set and curl even the straightest hair. Ask for a complimentary Perm Consultation next time your in to get that volume you have always desired.

Nicky’s specialties are fashion cuts and colours, curls, streaks, style cutting, razor cutting, hair reconstructing, permanent straightening, perms or body waves, diagnosing and recommending treatment for scalp problems and Alopecia, or just a bit of advice on home hair care.

Sam Part Owner

Sam has been a part of the Hair La Natural family for years now, and is also part owner of our beautiful salon. She is very understanding, caring and listens to her clients to get them the very best results while making feel fabulous and rejuvenated. Sam loves to share her excitement with new colour’s and introduce her clients into amazing home care products.

She is also known as our “Bob Queen.” Concave to collar length, fine hair or thick, if you are chasing an amazing bob then here is your new hairdresser!

If you want something young, new and glamorous for that special occasion Sam can help you feel that extra bit special with soft GHD Curls, braids and casual up styling.

Having thick frizzy hair her self, Sam understands the value and importance of Keratin treatments, strengthening, repairing and making hair more manageable for clients.

Mel has been hairdressing for over 7 years. After completing her training in Victoria she joined Hair La Natural and has been a valued team member several years now. Mel has an inspiring drive for change and recommendation of new ideas.

Mel love her style cuts, going from short to long, or sold to layered. Bring in your picture and Mel will amaze you! From short back and sides to blended mow hawks, Mel is your girl when it comes to style cuts.Men’s haircuts is another strenghts

Up-styling and blow-dries are something that Mel is passionate about. She furthered her skills and knowledge by completing a Sharon Blaine Up-styling course and also a GHD styling course., Her ladies short hair styles are also a winner.

Foils and platinum Blonde are another one of Mel’s strong points as she is a perfectionist. Mel stacks her foils very fine and lots of them so as to get very close to the scalp.
Mel prides herself on being a technical colourist and stylist with a passion for makeovers and providing a look that suits your hair type, face shape and lifestyle. Jenna Senior Stylist

Sydney trained hairdresser Jenna joined our team in 2016. After 5years of hairdressing in NSW, she came to the Gold coast bringing to our team a further 12 years of experience.
Jenna has completed many training courses during her time, GHD Styling, Sharyn Blain Fashion Cutting and a selection of Colour Correction and Fashion coloring techniques course along with many hair repair courses With over a decade of experience Jenna understands how to translate the latest trends into wearable everyday styles that are sure to be flattering and suit your lifestyle, she will take your tresses in her capable hands and turn them into pure gold (or ash, or platinum, or whatever you fancy)

Brooke Senior Stylist

Bringing to the team a further 6 years of experience is Brooke and has a passion for the hairdressing industry. She believes in keeping up to date with the latest trends, as well as product knowledge
Following in our Hair La Natural tradition, she loves her long hair, blondes and all things shiny. Thick hair is no problem and bayalage and ombre are quiet a favorite!

Hair Styling is her major strength, from GDH curls to simple undo’s, full formal up styles and even bridal hairstyles. Brooke loves to play with hair and style it to suit you and the occasion

Jamie Senior Stylist

Jamie is our bubbly fun Bathurst babe. She love her gold coast looks, and all things that are glamorous and shiny! Blondes, balyage and very styled hair

Nyassa Senior Stylist

For what she lacks in age she makes up in talent! Nyassa loves to blow dry and style any length of hair and has a flair for soft curls and waves!! Her skills are well beyond her years in the industry!! She is never afraid to try something new.
