“My experience at this hair salon was not at all pleasurable! After waiting 45minutes for my appointment to commence with no apology and very little acknowledgement I was even there. My hair was completely BUTCHERED, with my trim becoming 25-30cm off! So my hair has gone from being 3/4 of the way down my back to shoulder length. In addition to the shocking loss of half my hair my foils are uneven and look as though I have a least a months regrowth. Unfortunately there is not much I can but wait for my hair to grow back, which should only take a year or two! Great news considering I am getting married in 4months!”
