“I sought out salon shique for assistance with my long standing battle with trichotillomania. Unfortunately the intralace system that was installed by the salon has come away from my scalp within a week of installation and I can now access all of my pulling sites although i have been extremely good by not touching it and implementing all my habit reversal training. I emailed the salon (and attached photos) to address my concerns and asked for help however have not received a reply. I did recieve a message from the salon a few days after installation however these issues were not present at the time. I must add also that I was rather unimpressed that I was still charged for a colour correction although I communicated i did not wish for this to be done and explained that i was trying to keep colour and chemical off my hair and work with my natural colour. I was told ‘well this is what we do here’ even though she agreed that the extensions matched by the end of the session. For such a significant cost for the service ($3,200) I am really disappointed.”
