“Came in the buy a shampoo and had a employee ask me why I had pimples and start pointing to my face, then started interrogating me asking what I had done to my skin while pointing closely to my forehead . It was unprofessional and also embarrassing and nothing to do with the product I was buying. I left in tears as I was shocked that this had happened to me. I called customer service and all I got was an apology. This isn’t right and they have lost a loyal customer who will never return.”

“Came here to get my ombré done and was extremely unhappy with the service. I left with orange un-blended hair. Had to pay another lady to fix it for me from another salon as the hairstylist said she couldn’t fix it that day and I had plans early morning the next day so i could not wait. Then when I came back to ask for refund and showed management photos she told me she could not refund my $200 and didn’t offer me anything at all because I fixed it at another salon. So basically I was nearly $400 dollars out of pocket because I had to pay to fix it and left with very damaged hair because of the 2 bleach treatments in 1 day.”
