“Spent 4 hours and $220 in your Penrith store last night to get a silver balayage done on my natural hair that i had grown out for two years. The girls were very friendly but unfortunately after bleaching hair hair, ‘toning’ it three times and asking them to strip back said toner after it turned my hair almost black i cut my losses and left the salon with a patchy ash brown that is almost identical to my natural hair colour. I very upset because my hair is now damaged (which i would be fine with if it was the colour i asked for) but i will now have to damage it further if i go to get it fixed as i am sure it will have to be re-bleached. The woman who worked on my hair who knew i was unhappy said she felt bad and just reassured me that after washing my hair a couple of times the colour i had would go the silver i asked for… so far i have shampooed my hair 6 times today and it is still the same colour. I cannot believe i paid so much money only to walk out looking exactly the same plus a strange blonde patch on the back of my head. So disappointed.”

“What a joke!!!!!!! Went in for advice on a ash blonde/grey toner, spoke to a staff member who showed me a colour sample of what I wanted!!! Colour was great, so she took the colour pot of the shelf and we proceeded to checkout…….all should have been good!! Well when I got home and opened the pot it was bright blue, she had given me the wrong colour…what a joke!! So I took it back this morning, after explaining what had happened the girl at the front disappeared for ages. She then returns, I’m sorry but because you’ve opened the product we can help you, I explained that I didn’t take the product from the shelf but the staff member did and u expected it to be the correct colour! Off she goes again, the staff in here are horrible dirty looks from every direction. Anyway long story short, wouldn’t exchange for the correct colour. I had to repurchase it!! Told them they could keep the opened product and I’ll shop elsewhere!!! Crap shop, crap service, rude staff….”

“Never shopping at this place again in particular the Werribee store! The staff member there sold me a $70 pony tail extension for my 6 year old dance concert that they matched to her hair in store (still in packet though). When we got home and seen it in a different light it looked ridiculous and wasn’t even close to her hair colour. I returned it a few days later only to be told there is no refunds, credit or anything. The manager suggested I sell it on gumtree or she would give me 20% off another hair extension for $299! You have got to be kidding??
The staff here are rude and incompetent. They are happy to sell you products and take the money but when you return to speak to them as they stuffed up, they don’t want to have anything to do with it. Very disappointed”

“I absolutely hate being pounced on when I enter either of the Geelong stores, I’d probably buy more if you let me browse but no you must insist on helping me or hovering over me, way to go to be made to feel like a criminal and what’s with being emailed the catalogue only to be told by both these stores that because we’re a franchise we don’t stock everything best to order online how disappointing!”

“Went to your Frankston store on Sunday to buy a GHD… the guy was serving a lady when my daughter and I walked in. We found the GHD s but wanted to ask the difference in the 2. I walked up to the counter as he was finishing serving the lady. I stood right at the counter for 5 minutes without him even looking at me. He was telling the lady he was moving… and giving her all the details… so very rude… we left the store. And they missed out on over a $300 sale. Very very disappointed.”
