“I just wanted to write you a quick review regarding one of your employees named Summer that I had the pleasure of dealing with on Friday.
I had purchased some septum jewellery from HW at Essendon DFO, and my nose had a reaction to it. I called the store that I had purchased the jewellery from and they were very unhelpful and weren’t able to give me any guidance as to what material the jewellery was made of. My septum had flared up quickly and I was in a lot of pain so desperately I picked up the phone and called my closest HW – which happened to be your store.
I was put on the phone to Summer who wasn’t able to tell me what jewellery was stocked from another store, but offered for me to come and see her so she could have a look at it. I ended up coming in and seeing Summer on Friday and she assisted me in taking out the new jewellery and replacing it with my original jewellery, and gave me aftercare information.
Summer was absolutely wonderful. She could see that I was in a lot of pain and was really genuinely empathetic and treated me as she would a friend. She made me feel really comfortable (as for me it was a rather embarrassing situation) and took complete ownership of the problem, even though it originally had absolutely nothing to do with her.
In between this time I had even seen a doctor who had advised me to take it out and because of the pain I wasn’t able to do this myself, and the doctor didn’t assist me either. Its not often that you find someone as lovely as Summer who will go out of their way for you and make the effort to make you feel that comfortable. She is really sweet and a huge asset to your store.
I normally go to a studio for my piercings, however I can guarantee you that the next piercing I do get, that I will be coming to your store and seeing Summer.

“Came here this morning at 8.30am as this is the time it says you open on the website. Only to be told by a lady with short red hair that 8.30 is the time they arrive, not the time they open, which is actually 9am.
Catching a flight this morning so this has been hugely inconvenient.
Either update your website hours to be correct or train your staff to open on time.”
