My name is Carla Boyd, and I have been in the Remedial massage industry for over ten years. For the last seven years I have been practicing here in Bathurst, and have been delivering remedial therapeutics in own clinic, as a sole practitioner for almost 3 years. I consider myself very blessed to work in a welcoming and caring town such as Bathurst, and look forward to maintaining my clinic in our community.

I specialise in Remedial massage, Sports massage, Swedish/Relaxation massage, Aromatherapy, RemStone® Therapy, (Remedial Hot Stone Massage), Certified Infancy Massage Instruction, and Pregnancy massage care, from pre-conception, through each trimester, labour massage and post delivery care too.

Warm oil hair and scalp treatments, complete feet treats, heavenly hand care, are other treatments I have developed to add an extra dimension to the therapies I offer, and aromatherapy products created especially for you, and any conditions you may be experiencing, really are the icing on the cake, or, in this case, the next level of bliss. In 2015, I completed the first level of Oncology Massage to further my commitment to care for some of those who need a little TLC.
For the last three years, I was lucky enough to work with the Penrith Panthers when they came to town. They are a great bunch of guys to work with, and I look forward to working again with them whenever they are back in town over the coming years.

I am a member of the professional body, Association of Massage Therapists.

I am accredited with all private health funds, to allow members to claim reimbursements.

Hands On Bathurst is closed from the 23rd of December 2016, until January 5th 2017.

Due to impending maternity leave, starting on February 1st, 2017, all appointments for January 2017 are currently booked out.

At this stage, maternity leave will cease on April 2nd, 2017, and business should resume as of April 3rd, 2017.

Because of a possible inability to see any new clientele through a treatment plan, due to impending maternity leave, I will not be seeing ANY new clientele before I go on leave.

For all enquires regarding an appointment from the 3rd of April, 2017, onward, please feel free to send a text message, an email, a message to my facebook business page, or leave a voicemail message on the number provided on the “Contact Us’ tab at the top of this page, at any time over the coming months, and I will return messages once a fortnight whilst I am on leave with our little precious bundles. This is to allow the maximum amount of time with my babies, during such a short maternity leave session.

Please respect this temporary cessation of business trading, and please don’t be like some I have already had to deal with, and simply ring up to abuse me for not being open for business.
