Hi, I’m Mirie Urli and the owner of Hands-on Therapeutics. I am an ITEC (International Therapy Examination Council) certified somatologist/beauty therapist with over 15 years experience in the industry.

I pride myself on exceptional customer service  and it is of the utmost importance to me that you feel relaxed, rejuvenated, cared for and 100% satisfied with your treatment by the time you leave the salon.

I am passionate about the beauty industry and can assure you quality results and value for money.

Prior to opening my own business I worked in numerous beauty salons and day spa’s nationally as well as abroad.

I have diploma’s in Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Physiatrics and Aestethicienne.

I constantly strive to better my knowledge and keep up to date with this evolving industry by attending regular training relevant to the industry.

All waxing treaments include before and after care, and are carried out with clean wax and strips – I DO NOT under any circumstances recycle waxing products.

This facial is designed to deeply cleanse and balance more oily or problematic skin types. We exfoliate, extract, revitalise and soothe the skin. High frequency can also be incorporated.  60 mins

Chemical Peels

Lactic Acid Peel                                  $90-00

These peels are preferred by many, because of lactic acid’s reputation as a gentler alpha hydroxy acid. You can use peels to improve wrinkles, some types of acne and discolorations on your skin.

Lactic acid isn’t a cure-all – it won’t suddenly remove your deepest wrinkles, and it can’t stop you from aging. But over time, it can smooth the tone and condition of your face and reduce or remove mild marks and scars

Glycolic Acid Peel 30%                       $90-00

If you want to improve skin tone, get rid of dryness and flakes or diminish fine lines, you may  consider a glycolic peel.  The 30-percent glycolic solution helps to reduce fine lines, acne and areas of hyperpigmentation.
