Lesley Hardman graduated from Sydney University.  She has focused her private practice career on staying abreast of advances in treatment techniques.  Lesley has established a loyal following in the Shire in her successful clinics, previously in Engadine and currently in Caringbah.

Her extensive experience has seen her involved in the Sydney Olympics & lecturing in workplace ergonomics.

Lesley treats all types of conditions.  She has a special interest in treatment of acute and chronic back and neck pain, as well as foot & ankle problems.
She assesses and prescribes soft orthotics as well as providing treatment for specific dance-related problems, assessment of dancer’s technical difficulties and all pre-pointe and tertiary level screening.

Nikki is a physiotherapist, exercise physiologist and Cert IV Pilates matwork instructor.  She completed Sydney University with a Masters of Physiotherapy in 2006 and has worked both in private practice and the hospital environment.
