Harper’s Hair Bar is a family owned boutique hair salon, located on Magill Road in Adelaide’s Eastern suburbs. Harper’s Hair Bar was founded by Cathy Gray in 2012.

Harper’s Hair Bar believes there are 3 ingredients to a fantastic salon experience: service, quality products and education. When you come to our salon we aim for you to feel the warmth and family atmosphere from the moment you walk in – far from the production line style of hairdressing.

We take the time to listen to how you feel about your hair, considering skin tones, face shapes and the health of your hair, giving you our expert advice.

Harper’s Hair Bar have carefully selected only the best products to be used in the salon. We use and recommend Scruples colours and our retail range includes Evo, Morrocan Oil and Activance (for thinning hair)

Cathy has the experience of very few hairdressers, with a career spanning over 4 decades. The early years of Cathy’s career were spend catering the Adelaide’s elite, working in the top Eastern salons in Adelaide.

Cathy has a serious passion for colour correction and studied and went on to win the title of Wella Master Colour Artist in 2001, leaving no stone unturned when it comes to colour and takes the time to ensure every cut is precise.
