“my friend very recently got her nails done here and while they looked amazing at the start, there was a slight mark on one of her nails just after they had applied the nail polish.
As my friend tried politely to get one of the girls attention to fix the nail before it was dry, after 5 minutes finally got her attention, the lady who had done her nails looked up acknowledged her then immediately put her head down. Very poor interaction with customers.
Would not recommend this place as the customer service was terrible.”

“WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! Went in with a friend friend who was getting a pedicure, they got taken in straight away, I was asked to take a seat in a booth & choose an sns colour where I was left waiting for over 25 minutes before someone came to soak off my existing colour, during this time 2 girls who came in after me had been seated & were being seen. They again left me waiting & soaking in acetone for too long. My friend was finished & waiting for me before I was even ready to begin. Being as unhappy with the poor service that I was, I decided not to continue. They still proceeded to charged me to soak off & were not very apologetic or concerned at all. If I had been told that nobdy was availabe to do sns for half an hour or explained the reason why the other girls were seen before me it may have been a different story. ZERO COMMUNICATION FROM STAFF & A VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER.. I WILL NEVER GO BACK!”
