“I had sns done at your store and it was thw worst experience of getting my nails done ever….girl hacked at my nails burnt me with nail filer cut under my nail pulling nail away from skin making it bleed….nails where rushed, girl was rough and nails are crooked would not recommend you guys to anyone…also have pics.”

“The last time I went to Hawaii in the old store they were so clean and did an amazing job. Tonight for a pedi/mani was far from that. She didn’t listen to me when I said I had a little bit of raw skin from a blister which was half way up my toe and kept burning me with nail polish remover and rubbing it with a rough towel. She barely massaged as normal and didn’t turn the spa on. My toe nails were cut and they’re all on different angles and uneven. Then as she was painting it she was getting it all over my skin. I had to ask her to clean it up and she said “it will come off in the shower”. I asked her to remove it anyway and this is when I noticed the top coat was all over the sides of my nails and on the tips of my toes, to the point where it could be peeled off my skin. She cleaned up one toe and left the rest. As I was getting the pedicure I was receiving a manicure. I was wearing lilac nail polish prior to this and she didn’t remove this properly which all know isn’t a hard thing to do). I can see it underneath the pink polish I got applied today. The nail polish is only painted in the middle of my nails and the edges and near the bed are left unpainted. Further to that my nails were cut so poorly that I have jagged pieces sticking out of the top of nails and the edges of the skin around the nails weren’t done properly at all. I was then told rudely with her waving at me in an aggressive way to go over to the station where the nails are dried via uv and fans. Sitting there not long at all, she came out ready to leave with her hand bag on her arm, I was told the nails weren’t dry and to be careful with the colour and she ripped the toe spacers off roughly. I walked over to where my boyfriend was waiting for me beside the pos and she stood on the side of me shaking her hand at me for the cash. I got the money out of my purse and handed it to her where she snatched it and put it through. The transaction went without a farewell or a thank you. I will never again return here as this is just such poor service and I am incredibly disappointed in the way my nails look. If they weren’t so aggressive I would ask for a refund or to have the service done properly and by someone different. Now I have to re-do them so I’m not embarrassed about the way they look.”

“It was the Werribee store. I don’t expect podiatry when I have a pedicure but when the lady next to you gets dead skin defoliated and you don’t so as they rush you through, that’s just bad service. I paid $45 for a pedicure. I think I deserved good treatment.”

“It has been a while since I’ve been here and it has gone down hill. I went in for an eyebrow wax and waited ages, then someone else came in for an eyebrow wax and got served before me even though I’ve been waiting ages so I just walked out and won’t be coming back again due to very poor customer service.”
