Providing Physio to the mid Blue Mountains

Who are we?

Hazelbrook Physiotherapy is a small, friendly, home based family run practice which was established to meet the health needs of the mid Blue Mountains. We strive to provide absolute excellence and value for money in our practice with longer than average (45 minutes minimum) one on one appointments at an affordable price.

What do we do?

Our main area of practice (see services link above) is in musculoskeletal and sporting injuries (e.g. back/neck injuries, knee pain, hip pain etc) however we have an emphasis on the holistic management of injuries where appropriate i.e. we acknowledge that sometimes you need to treat the person not just the injury.

We are also happy to see patients who have returned home after a major incident (e.g. stroke, serious motor vehicle accident) and require ongoing rehabilitation. If you are unsure if we can help you please contact us to discuss your needs.
