“Totally Incompetent. Asked for ash blonde hair, my regrowth was dyed orange. My scalp was burnt. The woman who did it did not apologise and was smiling. Was told my medication was responsible, my scalp was sensitive, my hair is different and that is supposed to happen. EVERY TRICK IN THE BOOK!
Came back to get it fixed. Sat there with a toner. Got it washed and blow-dried again and it was exactly the same. They all said how nice and better it looked (MORE TRICKS).
Was told if I wanted it fixed that I would have to come back again AND PAY FOR IT MYSELF! Was told I need foils to fix it. I asked why didn’t they do foils that time. IGNORED. NO APOLOGY.
When I complained about the woman who ruined my hair, I was ignored. No apologies, just excuses, no refund.”
