At Health In The Bay, all our practitioners work together with you to achieve the goal of optimum health and wellbeing, whether it be body or mind. We provide a range of alternative, complementary and holistic therapies in a comfortable, safe, friendly and professional environment.

We are located in what is undoubtably the health hub of Sydney – Neutral Bay. “I have been searching for a good massage therapist for what feels like for ever! There are so many Thai massage places around, but they have generally done more harm than good. Not all, but most that I tried.

I tried yet another (Encompass Health) and I just can’t describe the difference. They are a professional practice. All their staff are fully qualified, so not only were they very familiar with my particular problem, but I could claim on my private health cover.

Apart from massage, they have a Chiro, Naturopath, Acupuncturist, and a whole lot of other stuff there. I ended up seeing the Naturopath there for a completely unrelated matter, got that fixed up, now I go back regularly for massages to stop the problem occurring again.
