Was not given a choice of hair colour and was charged $130 for highlights you can’t even see. When asked for some reinbursment was told NO since I was obviously never coming back. During my 3 hours spent in the salon not having even been offered so much as a glass of water, another client came in to complain about the colour she had done a few days prior.
