“Disgraceful customer service. My wife had arranged an appointment for Saturday, only to later be asked to move the appointment, which my wife could not do as she needed her hair ready before our holiday. On the day the hair dresser rang to see if she could come earlier than her scheduled appointment. My wife was in Brisbane and tried to accommodate her, was rushing back to try and make it as early as possible. She was rung every 15 minutes by the boss asking where she was, adding extra pressure. My wife made it 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment, only to be greeted by a furious owner who then told her she couldn’t do her hair. It can’t get much worse than that”
