I am a qualified Remedial Massage Therapist, having obtained the following qualifications to meet both UK and Australian standards in massage therapy:

  • Professional Diploma of Sports Massage (London School of Sports Massage)
  • Diploma of Remedial Massage (NSW School of Massage)

I specialize in Remedial Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Sports Massage and Deep Tissue Therapy.  Some of the techniques I use when massaging include Soft Tissue Release (STR), Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Neuromuscular Technique (NMT/Trigger Pointing) and Myofascial Releases (MFR).

Prior to working as a masseuse, I worked in the health and dental industries specialising in dental nursing, surgical assistance, sales and training.

I am an active person, competing in distance running events from 1500m up to, and including, the marathon. By actively participating in sporting events, I believe I have a greater understanding of Sports Massage and its benefits for athletes.
