“I booked in a massage for 3pm and confirmed the booking at 2pm that same day. I arrived at 3:04pm and was told to wait as they were full but to wait a minute. I waited until 3:30 and still did not get a massage (I had to leave for another appointment so no massage for me). When you take a booking, and confirm it an hour before – you need to honour that booking. These Chinese massage places just take anyone that walks through the door and tells anyone else to wait, they try and keep them there as long as possible to make an extra buck but they are just hurting their long term business and regular clients. Would not recommend, massages are sub par also. And as a final note, I had a massage there a year or so ago and they had a puppy dog running around and the whole place smelt like sh**t, it also licked my fingers when I was on the massage table, pretty sure thats illegal if not highly unprofessional.”
