Our agency is owned and managed by Debbi Ashes and has been since 1996.
During this time Debbi and the agency have received many accolades within the travel industry.

“While walking with my one week old baby, 3 year old, two dogs and my wife, I spotted an elderly man who was having difficulty crossing a driveway, so we stopped to help him across. Out of the blue, a car roared up the ramp and started beeping at us over and over again. Amazed that someone would be so impossibly rude to wait the 5 seconds which it would have taken to clear the driveway I had noticed it was the proprietor of Hello World Lane Cove!

I then flashed back to this time last year when we tried to book a holiday through this company, but she was so thoroughly disinterested in helping us, so we took our business elsewhere. I only recognised her because of the incredibly poor experience we had, and seeing her be so incredibly rude with so little compassion for an octogenarian who had trouble walking prompted me to write my review on last year’s experience. Shame!”
