Nina grew up in the beautiful English countryside and had a love of and curiosity in plants and how the body worked from a very young age. She used to spend hours in her garden picking leaves and flowers, mashing them up and making concoctions for mysterious illnesses.

These interests stayed with Nina until adulthood when she decided to pursue it further. She became qualified in Oriental Massage and as a Reiki Master in Tokyo, Japan then on returning to the UK she trained to be a reflexologist. Her passion for learning how to enable the body to heal itself drove her to continue her studies and she attained a BA Western Herbal Medicine in Sydney, Australia.

Nina believes strongly that we have all the tools available to us to alleviate sickness, recreate balance within our bodily systems and to gain continued vitality. She treats both men and women from babies all the way to those at the mature end of life.
