“After a few calls and cold answers I was desperate for a new hot water tank for my business. Came across this plumber after searching this site. All I can say about this business are the following points: – Called Sam at 11:30am desperate for a water tank. He ordered the tank in immediately after I sent him the details through text. – He said he was on a job at the time and that he would be at my place after 2:30pm. He was at my place at 2:00pm with the exact same water tank which he picked up for a great price brand new. (I did my research on pricing). I never saw a tradie come on time let alone earlier than promised. – Checked all my pipes to make sure there were no loose fittings or leaks even though that wasn’t the problem. – Replaced old tank with new and did not leave the hot water tank at the back of my shop for me to dispose. He professionally disposed of the tank himself without hassling me or wasting my time even further. – Lock sealed everything. Took his time with everything to make sure it’s a perfect install. – Cleaned up the area after installing then checked all the fittings again to make sure nothing came loose or leaking. I have never come across anyone that ever wanted to leave their customers satisfied with their work as much as Sam. The only downfall was the fact that he could not levitate in the air while working like some heroes do. Speed, accuracy and quality. Arguably one of the best plumbers at the best prices in Sydney.
