H&M wants you to love your purchases.

If you change your mind, we are happy to exchange or refund any unsuitable merchandise within 30 days of purchase provided they are in a resalable and unused condition, accompanied by original tags and a valid original receipt.

For hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or refund underwear, pierced earrings, swimwear or cosmetic products.

Our return policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

“Just like the stores around the world, H&M is here in Australia, Melbourne. Layout and setup reminds me of the ones ive been to around the world, massive store at GPO and the multilevel from mens, ladies to kids with all the different designs you can spend hours in here without even realising. I picked up long sleeve dress and to my surprise it was on sale. From $20 to $5, it made it to the registers with me. What a bargain. I was very happy with my purchased. Other items i spent time trying on in the change room and the staff was very helpful with sizes as i didnt want to go back out and try find my size given how big the store is. Very busy, all levels. Definitely in the correct location in Melbourne CBD.”

“Amazing store in old GPO building — probably one the most interesting H&Ms I’ve ever been to, and it’s huge! It is almost always crowded and in a state of disarray, unfortunately. This is your only H&m option in the city, though, so at least it is a one with great selection and variety!”

“I think I found my new favourite store when visiting Melbourne last week. The store is massive with multiple levels – I was quite surprised on how big the store was inside. The clothes, shoes and accessories are all reasonably priced. I ended up buying myself a pair of shoes, a few shirts and a necklace – Total price under $80 *Woo*. Not many staff working on floor but the lady at the cashier that served me was super friendly.”

“Occupying the whole GPO building in the city centre, it is a bit disappointing with clothing in a state of disarray. A disposable clothing store, organisation is not very pleasant. It’s a shame to see the whole beautiful GPO building used this way. It used to be a lot airier, nicer, more beautiful and elegant.”
