“My friend and I booked last week to come in today for two facials (to be done at the same time) after finding and paying for a park we went in to skintech only to be told we had come in late. We told the girls we hadn’t and they insisted it was for 11:50 and not 12:50. We showed them an email confirmation stating 12:50 and we were pretty much told there was a ‘miscommunication’ and we couldn’t have them done, only possibly one after the after. That option was not viable for us as we have other things on. The process of booking the appointment in the first place took almost 10 minutes so we should of known then something wasn’t done right. I’m still confused as to why nobody contacted us at 11:50 to ask where we were if that’s the time they had listed… We could of came in earlier. Very very disappointing!”
