Bookings
A deposit is required at the time of booking in order to confirm your appointment on spa services

Cancellations
As the treatments you book are reserved especially for you, 24 hours notice is required for cancellations. A cancellation fee of 50% of the cost of the booked treatment will apply if proper notice is not given.

Arriving at the spa
We ask guest to arrive, 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment, so you can filll out some form and enjoy a nice native herbal tea in our guest lounge.  We would like you to take advantage of this peaceful space before beginning your treatments

Mobile phones
Mobile phones are to be turned off before entering holistic wellness spa hair spa or placed on silent, so everyone is able to enjoy their treatment in a nice relaxing peaceful atmosphere.

Children
We allow children into the hair service, but must be supervised at all times, but due to the peaceful relaxing day spa we ask people not to bring their children to their beauty treatments, there is no one to supervise them, if anything is broken or damage you will be ask to pay for it.

Health & safety first
If you are pregnant or suffer from any medical conditions, please advise us at the time of booking as some treatments may not be suitable.

After your treatment
Following your treatments, we would like to allow a spare 10 min to get your feedback and see how you enjoy the service and suggest maintenance and product home care for you.

Gift vouchers
Holistic Wellness Spa gift vouchers are valid for six months. We can understand if something major come up so feel free to speak to our friendly staff to extend your voucher, otherwise money cannot be redeemed after the six month issue from purchase. Your gift voucher will be required at the time of booking.

Payment method
Holistic hair and beauty advises customer there is no efpos facilities available in the spa at this current time.
