About us:

We are located on a lovely stretch of the Mornington Peninsula in Mount Martha since 2006 – about 25 minutes from Frankston and about 1 hour and 10 minutes drive from the centre of Melbourne.

Our premises are located right on the Esplanade with magnificent views in very quiet and peaceful surroundings.

We have on-site parking available for our customers.

We do not book clients back to back and we only see one client at a time. That means you will not run into other people when you are arriving or leaving. It also means that you will be given 100% attention and there will be no disruptions during your appointment.

Hygiene is very important for us. After each client: the bathroom, massage therapy room and massage table/equipment are sterilised. Clean sheets, towels, etc are prepared for the next client.

The bathroom has a full size bath tub, shower, hand basins and WC. It is attached to the massage therapy room and it is available for our clients to use before, during and after the therapy. You are welcome to take off your make-up here and/or to have a shower after the drive here. You are equally welcome to shower after the massage so that you can wash off the massage oils before you get dressed and put make-up on.

We also provide mobile massage services as some clients prefer the comfort of their home, office, hotel/motel, etc. Charges may apply. Please let us know if you would like us to provide mobile services.

We are here to provide you with the best service possible. Unlike most other businesses, we are available to see you 7 days a week from early in the morning till very late at night.

Occasionally we provide complimentary treatments. More info here. So if you would like a massage, but can’t afford it, let us know your circumstances.

Alternatively, enquire about our current research project. We continually strive to improve our skills and nearly always research some aspects of health, people’s medical conditions and emotional states and the way we can improve them using natural products/treatments.

I live the life i always wanted.

I have had a long interest in massage therapy. My focus is on providing tailor-made services for my clients so as to ensure that my clients feel relaxed and invigorated after the massage.

I am a member of the Australian Association of Massage Therapists.
I trained in Hungary and in Australia. I have qualifications in all of the therapies we provide. My Australian qualifications include: Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Kahuna Hot Stone and a Diploma in Remedial Massage. I am constantly looking to learn new techniques so as to provide the best services for my clients.

I am a registred provider with most health funds. So, if you have the right type of health cover (it is your responsibility to check that), you are likely to get a refund for services provided by me.

I am well educated, intelligent, classy, polite and always a gentleman! I am clean, eat and live healthy. I offer a spotlessly clean treatment area.

I enjoy meeting new clients. There is something exciting in meeting people the first time. I always hope that the services they came for and I provide will be met 100% to their hopes and desires. It is a challenge that makes me excited.

I just love pleasing my clients to the best of my ability.
I love to see them come back for more and more treatments. That basically tells me that they are very happy with the services I provide for them.

I see most of my regular clients in their homes so that they can just continue relaxing in their own home and comfort after the treatment. There is no need to dress up and drive home. If you have not had a treatment in your own place as yet, then you should try it. You might just like it too.

My client’s pleasure and satisfaction are the highest priority for me. I receive the greatest pleasure from meeting and exceeding all their expectations in each and every sessions with me.

FEMALE THERAPISTS

We have male and female therapists available for “Four Hand” (two therapist working on you at the same time) and “Couples side by side Massages”. We do need some notice to arrange and confirm the availability of a second therapist for your treatment!

Our female therapists are only available “on an as needed basis” and they are not available to treat you on short notice on their own. If youwish us to consider your request for a female therapist please read below:

This is for those of you who say to us: “I have a preference for/I want a female therapist!

Information you need to know and the rules you need to follow if you wish to have a female therapist treating you!

If you are a genuine person with no hidden agenda/s (we assume you are!), then the following should not be an issue.

We are here to provide our clients with the very best services, while ensuring the safety of our therapist by not putting them in a situation where they feel unsafe or uncomfortable if they wish to say NO to a client’s request.

You most probably are a very nice and genuine parson, a fantastic and reliable client to have and someone any therapist is very safe to visit.
However, we really do not know anything about you.

So, we hope you understand that we do not mean any offence by wanting to get to know you and hence we ask all the necessary questions we feel we need to ask.

When it comes to new clients, until we get to know them we really do not know whether our therapists will be safe to treat them. It is our experience that new clients often advise one service eg: Swedish or Lomi lomi and then when the therapy strats or during it we are requested to change and provide a different service. We appreciate that at times there are genuine reasons for a change. However, this is often not the case! While we may very happily provide the services a client wishes to change to, we want to know this up front rather than being advised once the appointment has started.

We need to know up front the therapy you seek to receive, your needs and wants!
You may ask why do we want to know this up front?

a) Different services have different charges.
b) The therapist may not be skilled to provide the newly requested service and/or do not wish to provide such a service.

Only Andrew is skilled in all the services we provide.
Other therapist working with us do so on an ad hoc basis / if and when needed. Hence we generally need a longer lead time when a client requests a female therapist. Also, they are only skilled in some of our services. That means that insisting on a female therapist may mean we are not able to provide the requested services.

So, please take our word for it:
We need to know up front the therapy you seek to receive, your needs and wants!

When clients say they have a preference for a female therapist, they have their reasons. That is fine. At the same time we need to make sure that we can provide our services on the highest level and that we can provide them in a safe and secure environment without the issues mentioned above.

Like we said you have your reasons for your request for a female therapist, which is perfectly fine and ok with us. We hope that you understand that we have valid reasons for asking you to provide the information we need for considering and evaluating such a request. The info we need is to make sure that there are no misunderstandings and no miscommunications regarding the services we will provide and that our therapist are safe and able to carry out the agreed services without any complications and unpleasant episodes.

So, do you wish us to consider your request for a female therapist?

Whether you are a male, a female or a couple, we need you to provide all the info below in a timely manner.

That is:
* your gender, full name, age and address,
* date, time and duration for an appointment,
* the place of treatment (will you come to us or do you wish us to come to you?),
* the specific service/s you wish to receive (eg: lomi lomi and remedial treatment for sore lower back).

A current photo of your face/s and upper body is a must with your request. A selfie will do. Please SMS it to Andrew. If you want us to consider you as SAFE we want to know as a minimum what you look like so we know who the therapist is going to meet!

If you are booking the treatment for someone else, like your partner, we will need the same info about him/her as well!

If you are a genuine person with no hidden agenda/s the above should not be an issue.

We understand that you wish to feel SAFE with us, so we hope you appreciate that our therapists want to feel SAFE treating you!

To avoid the above mentioned issues and to insure the safety of our therapists, please contact Andrew. He will review the information you submit and consider your request for a female therapist prior to accepting your booking.

Jane studied massage and aromatherapy in 2002&2003 and received her qualifications from ACNM (Australian Collage Of Natural Medicine) in Melbourne.

She started at Holistic Natural Health in 2016 and proved herself to be not only a very competent and dedicated therapist, but someone who puts her heart into every massage she gives. Jane loves pleasing her clients and her relaxation massage skills are excellent. She is the primary female therapist at our business. She is the therapist joining Andrew when we provide four hand and couples massages.

Andrew is delighted to have her as part of the massage therapy team.

Andrew has built Holistic Natural Health from scratch. It is built on his skills, expertise, experience, reputation, constant striving for knowledge and his money. Consequently, Andrew guards his hard earned reputation. You can read more about Andrew on the About us page. All therapists working with and for Andrew are highly skilled in their own right. So, whether it will be Andrew or one of our therapist looking after you you will be given the best possible treatment we can give you.

When you book with us all negotiations are done by Andrew and through Andrew. You also need to pay Andrew not the therapist (if different – eg: female therapist) for the booked services. There are no separate negotiating options for you to negotiate with the therapist who actuall will do the treatment for you. Please respect this.

We appreciate your clear communications and that you place your trust in us when you make an enquiry or when you make a booking. We offer professionalism, dedication, integrity, empathy and complete privacy. We are understanding, non-judgemental, discreet and treat all clients and their enquires respectfully. We are not just saying this, this is how we actually are. We feel if someone takes the time and effort to contact us and openly discuss their requirement for a particular service, then they have a need/void that needs to be addressed. Furthermore, if clients seek a given service from us, then they obviously need and want that service and they are willing to part with their money to receive that service. So, we are listening to you. We want to ensure you get exactly what you come to us for.

In addition to the above, we understand the delicate and intimate nature of being open and honest with us about your heath, feelings, needs and wants. Your honesty and openness will be rewarded with honest response and if at all possible we will provide you with the services requested. If you do, you will have the best chance to get the earliest appointment, the best price and the exact services you need and want. Please take this into consideration when you are contacting us. You will be pleased you did. We are confident that you will be happy and you will not only give us repeat business, but you will also recommend us to your relatives and friends. Which is great for us! It is a win-win situation.

Rules that relate to all clients and all services

* We can not participate in any activities nor provide services that are not legal. Please do not request such!

* For children/under adult age clients we can only provide services if their parent/legal guardian is present. The forms that we require to be filled out will need to be signed by the parent/legal guardian. We will require proof of id! No id, no services! In addition, the parent/legal guardian MUST be present at all times.

* People who turn up intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, with poor hygiene, people who are demanding or aggressive will be politely requested to leave. Please understand that even if the therapist is / would be happy to provide the requested services under normal circumstances, we will not provide the services to clients with any of the issues above. Refusal often offend. Please do not put us in a situation where we have to refuse services!

You may have requirements regarding draping, room temperature, lighting, your partner being present, etc. You may want something excluded or in fact you may request that we pay more attention than we usually would to a specific part of your body during the treatment. We wish to provide exactly what you want and need, nothing more and nothing less! Please be assured, we will listen to your requirements without judgement and discuss them with you no matter how strange you think they may sound or in fact unusual they are.
