Jessica Hill is a fully qualified massage tharpist that utilises her training in Remedial Massage which she uniquely combines with her Integrative Bodywork approach to provide relief from cumulative stress, pain and dysfunction.

Hawaiian hot stone therapy can be effectivley incorporated into your treatment. This ancient technique aids the healing process as the stones work to sink into deeper layer of tension whilst also encouraging circulation and promoting detoxification – they also help cleanse the spirit.

These skilled techniques are used in a calm and supportive manner to encourage optimum restorative effects.

Jessica specialises in working with people suffering form chronic pain and emotional and mental stress conditions. It is her belief that putting the body into a state of ease allows for better pain management and a decrease in anxiety that can accompany chronic pain and stress.

“I bought a voucher for a hot stone massage and was given the run around. I rang and left a message stating I wanted to book in for a massage and when they returned my call & I mentioned that I had a voucher they said that they couldn’t make a booking & would message me an appt time in the evening. I didn’t receive any such message and when I called and left a few more messages on their phone the following days & I still did not hear back. How unfortunate that some businesses offer such deals and then treat their customers with a total lack of respect.”
