“Terrible! Upon entering there was no service, or guidance and when finally someone grunted, it was not clear what she was trying to say. Salon’s fit out is a hazard for tripping and accident waiting to happen. There was no walkway to access pedicure seats! You have to step over another customers’ feet. Water leaked behind pedicure chairs along cables. Customers’ handbags got wet. My nails were all uneven and had to ask them to even them off AFTER polish had been applied. The nail filing was so rough it hurt and she spent not even 30seconds to buff the feet. I was charged $35 and left with rougher and scratchier feet than before. Never again!!”

“WORST EVER. Absolutely horrible, I had gel nails put on – and I’m not a picky person, but they look so terrible. The nails are all different lengths, the colour I asked for is not what they ended up putting on & overall the customer service was just so terrible. They treated the customers so badly, even swearing at one whilst I was in there. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN.”

“HORRIBLE SERVICE The staff was rude, either yelled or grunted at me, my acrylics look rushed and messy with nail polish all over my finger tips, and when staff was ‘finished’ ran straight to the back room where I could hear staff giggling to another staff about the customers and making fun of them. Will NEVER be going back, poor quality and poor customer service.”

“Not the greatest. Had difficulties explaining my sore cuticles ( before treatment). Very fast application of an ok standard. One lady in there was good, just not mine. I would say cheap and cheerful”
