“What can u say ? Lovely building …….
But I have yet to want to relive the experiences of the orphanage life.
While advertised as student accommodation the owners forget that when the public book they have an expectation of being treated as a paying client, this is lost here completely.
Perhaps better summed up as an authoritarian experience venue. Where you clean up after yourself, don’t make a noise after lights out, the hallways are policed during the night. Signs are randomly placed on anything the owners want to police.
It’s a pity as it could be lovely,not on my bucket list of places to revisit”

“I do not recommend staying at this accomodation. The way that this facility is run is unprofessional and dysfunctional. My experience with the landlord included racist comments, mild abuse on my chosen field of study at university and insulting comments on my capacity to learning, all of which taking place on my first day staying (should have been my first warning). Throughout my stay our bed was unsafely put together which resulted in it breaking causing an injury, intimidating text messages on a daily basis about not being allowed to open windows with possible eviction from room if we didn’t comply and down right disrespect towards my girlfriend.
The facilities were poor with timed showers (8min) 5 of which were needed to get any hot water and lights shutting off every 30 sec in bathrooms. Maintenance issues took longer then they should have which resulted in have no shower for 3 days. Constant pest problem with wolf spiders everywhere.
Kitchen was not the best as it was a shared area and there was theft of food and drink.
Unsure if it was just me the same experience was shared by fellow tenants. These tenants as well as myself felt forced to leave due to bullying/harassment from landlord. “
