” I was on holiday in Caloundra and decided to treat myself to a haircut. This was the only hairdresser that didn’t require a booking. The woman that cut my hair appeared to be the owner by the way she ordered staff around. She made it clear that my hair was difficult, complaining often. I know my hair isn’t the easiest. She was quite blunt and was rough, pushing my head around while cutting. She cut and styled my hair for around an hour (after having a short break to reapply her lipstick) and when she finally finished, it was very different to what I asked for. She then charged me $75, claiming it took her 1.5 hours. I paid, wanting to get out of there! When I got back to my unit, I discovered she cut the back of my hair quite crooked. Very disappointed and felt a little ripped off!”
