Remy Human Hair is composed of premium young 100% natural human hair. Each strand of Remy hair is specially treated with the latest technology to smooth the cuticles in one direction, creating less breakage… and more glamour!

How often should I wash my Maddie Kew “Hot Lox”?

Wash, Condition and MOISTURISE (very important) your hair every 2 – 3 days. The extensions do not receive your natural scalp oils so they need to have moisture added every wash. If you don’t moisturize your hair extensions they will become brittle and break easily leading to split and ratty ends.

Why should I wear Maddie Kew “Hot Lox”?

People wear hair extensions for different reasons:-

1. If you wish to change your appearance but not permanently. Hair extensions can be used to make your hair longer, fuller, a different color, funkier or more glamorous.
2. Hair extensions are great for concealing hair thinning or any other scalp conditions, and since some of Maddie Kew’s “Hot Lox” Hair Extensions have no glues or Chemicals, they are safe on your own hair.

Can I dye my Maddie Kew “Hot Lox”?

Yes, Human hair can be dyed, but it is advisable to test a small piece of it prior to dying all of it. Also please remember that the hair has already been processed, so if dying the hair try to choose a hair colour which is already a near match to desired colour.

How long will my Maddie Kew “Hot Lox” last?

Your Maddie Kew “Hot Lox” hair extensions can last years, if you take care of them. However, if you wish to wear them continually, they will last up to 3 months, at which time you will need to remove them and re-apply (of if you choose the micro-loops, simply loosen and slide upwards, then re-tighten). You could keep doing this for as long as you look after them.

Do Maddie Kew “Hot Lox” hurt?

No, the installation process in not painful on any of the “Hot Lox” hair. However, we have had reports that they may take a day or 2 to get used to. They may be slightly uncomfortable for the first day or 2 at the most.

In what condition will my own hair be after the extensions are removed?

Your hair will be just like it was before the extensions were put in; there are no adverse effects when using the Maddie Kew “Hot Lox” providing you follow the instructions supplied.

Will people be able to tell that I’m wearing extensions?

Provided you choose a style and color that matches your own hair, the extensions will look totally natural and no one need ever know except you and perhaps that special someone who is allowed to run their hands through your hair and tell you how gorgeous it is. On the other hand, if you’re going for an obviously fun temporary look for a party or for just to enjoy a different buzz, then of course people will be able to tell – because you want them to.

Will my new hair feel heavy?

At first you will definitely notice your extra hair.
