“Bloody terrific Quantum heat pump has saved us $2236 since our last electricity bill when we had two power vampires – 2 x 300 litre 12 year old electric tank storage water heaters neither on off-peak (we found out later we had an under floor hot water pipe leak which sure didn’t help). We were thinking of going with instantaneous gas, but the unit plus the extra piping needed put the best quote at $3800 for supply and fit – a big chunk of change – but the heat pump was on interest free finance at $47 a week after a small deposit. The unit was installed in less than two hours, and it’s down the side of the house where one of the old vampires was – it hums a bit, like an air conditioner, which I got used to after a night or two and don’t notice it at all now. There was a bit of a stuff up with a missing fitting, but they had it couriered out in no time. I wish doing business was always this easy. Thanks guys!!”
