“When $75 is too good to be true, it probably is! Alarm bells started ringing early on when the stylist couldn’t speak English, after this initial glitch & I had picked out a colour we were off, foils were put in ok, colour is another story! Think orange!! Base colour was nothing like the swatch I had pointed to. Then the grand finale – the cut! This would have to be the worst cut in history. I have fairly long hair and have ended up with bits of 10cm chunks sprouting from my scalp!!!! Stylist was attempting to layer my hair by wrapping clumps of hair around finger then hacking into it with the thinning scissors OMG. It will take months to fix this. I rang to complain but just got handed around to someone. Stylist asked me to come in so they could ‘Fix it’. Somehow I just don’t think so. Beware!!!!!”

“I would not go back to this business. Poor service from the management, and argumentative. After waiting for over half an hour for someone to start the service, the Management was dismissive rude and did not listen to what I wanted. Left sitting with dripping hair for another 25 minutes and eventually left the salon. The only good things were two very junior staff members accepting that the service provided was poor and apologising because management certainly did not. I would not return here.”
