“I went to this business on 16/05/2013, and myself and a friend had a full colour, 1/2 head of foils, blow dry, cut and hair wash. This service coat $100. We also purchased a set of hair products each. We both found the staff to be extremely helpful, and listened to what we wanted done to our hair and gave good advice. The prices were very reasonable, and the services were good quality. They are a walk-in hair dressers, and were very busy on the day when we went in. Despite this, the staff are cheerful and helpful. It did take a fair amount of time waiting around, but this was obviously because we came during a busy time. If you want a good quality and reasonably priced service, this is a great place to go. However, do not count on quick service as they are a very busy salon.”

“Worst hairdressers ever!!!! Clearly the staff have no idea what they were doing. I then rang up to complain and was told to by the staff on the phone who stated was the management and then later told me that person wasn’t. If you want a quality cut do not go here!!!!!”

“The staff working in this salon are some of the most rude “professionals” I have ever encountered. I was in this salon for a package deal of foils, cut and blow-dry, I had two staffs completing a full head of foils on my hair and all they did the whole time was ignore me and gossip about their fellow colleges. I honestly couldn’t believe what I was hearing, the fact that they would talk about the management in front of a client gobsmacked me. The salon was so over crowded that I ended up having 5 different staffs taking over my hair. In the 3 hours I was there I heard staffs complaining that they hadn’t received lunch breaks which of course meant that by the time I was ready for my blow-dry the employees where all tired and getting rather snappy. When I asked for my hair to be dried with a diffuser the staff looked at me with bewilderment and said that they don’t have diffuser. Staff looked like they have no idea what i was talking about, what hairdresser doesn’t have and know what a diffuser is. So instead of blow-drying my extremely curly hair on a nice gentle setting staff used the highest one on the dryer with no diffuser, so i left looking like a fuzz ball. In summery not the most enjoyable experience, while they have good prices and the colour in my hair turned out well when you pay for a professional to do your hair you expect a professional to be provided. You don’t expect to have to sit there for 3 hours hearing the staff complaining about everything under the sun.”
