“I have bought a voucher for a Style Cut and Blow Dry. I tried around two weeks to call them to finally get an appointment for 40 days later. However, they canceled my appointment with a text message the day before with an excuse about hot water problems. I tried rescheduling the appointment by calling them several times but they did not answer the phone. I went there personally and made another appointment for 10 days later but when I went there for my second appointment they said they had another customer and they could not do my hair. they claimed they had sent me a text message the day before! They offered a reschedule for 2 days after. But when I went there they were closed!! they are really rude and irresponsible and they don’t value for people time and money!”

“Worst hair dresser ever!!! Bought a voucher from groupon after numerous calls finally managed to make an appointment… Only to receive a voice message the day before the appointment that they are closing down..they also mentioned that I need to get a refund from groupon and they might not give the refund … How could they just close down and not even think of all the customers who bought vouchers that’s how customer oriented they are… Groupon initially refused but after taking it on with the supervisor managed to get the credit… Be vary of the places such as this running offers would not recommend both groupon or the salon!!!”

“After weeks of unanswered and unreturned phone calls I received a response to an email saying that their hot water and heating system was non functional so they weren’t taking bookings. I drove over and made an appointment for a week and a half later (building was warm and I was accepting of the idea of warm warted from a kettle) only to receive a TEXT message, from HOO two hours before my scheduled appointment time saying that their plumber would be there fixing the hot water system all day so they would have to call me tomorrow to re-shedule. I’d hate to find out that their hairdressing skills are as fantastic as their organisational skills. anyway I had already received a full refund from the group buying website on the grounds of unreasonable booking time and I was just testing the water. I would never have gone anyway. Hope you find this useful.”

“This hairdresser offers the worst customer service I’ve ever come across. I had recently moved into the area and was looking for a new hairdresser. I rang a few times but no-one answers the phone. I then tried email and they did email me back to confirm the time/date requested. I arrived at the appointment time (9am on a Saturday) and it was closed. I came back at 9.20am and was told they had no record of my appointment and besides which, they had no hot water. I had booked the appointment on that date as I had a wedding to go to the next day. They offered no explanation as to sending me a confirmation email but having no record of me and the slightest apology for the situation. I certianly won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend them based on my experience with their apalling customer service.”
