Hornsby Sports Medicine and Injury Clinic has served the people of the Hornsby and Ku-ring-gai district for over 28 years since 1984. We have treated a broad range of people from elite sportsmen and women through to recreational athletes.

The majority of our patients are everyday people who are interested in relief from their pain so that they can maintain an active lifestyle to benefit their general health and wellbeing.

The Medical practitioners at our practice have completed their Specialist Training program through the Australasian College of Sports Physicians. This College is responsible for the training of fully qualified doctors to the highest standards of injury care and exercise medicine.

Our management of your problems requires a multidisciplinary approach on many occasions. We pride ourselves on being an independent group of practitioners who can refer you to the most appropriate person whether it be an orthopaedic surgeon, physiotherapist, massage therapist, dietitian, fitness instructor, or other allied person.

We are not tied to any one group of health care providers. We seek out the best for you.

Many of our patients have had a long term relationship with their GP or physiotherapist and we aim to maintain those associations.

Whether you are 8 or 80 we can help you maintain or regain your optimal physical health and fitness. We can advise which exercises you should be doing and those you should avoid. Doing incorrect exercises for you can injure you.
