“NO OPTION FOR 0 So had to Give 1.
I have been chasing this guy called Deepesh for a Cruise booking. I called him 10 times, he never called back with the information that he was supposed to provide me. If he cannot work, then he should atleast call back and advise the same. After number of attempts, he still does not call back. I thought I would get a better deal with them but ended up paying more as the prices have gone up just cause this guy did not call me back and have to pay couple of hundred $$ just by trusting these people. Worst Customer Service. Customer would not expect you to help all the time , if you cannot workout, atleast its your job to return a call or let them know atleast.
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE . NEVER BOOKING A TICKET WITH THEM..

Reply to your response.. I asked him to find out if we could book without the gratuities but he forgot about it.. He didnt remember me asking or he returning with a response.. When I called back the next week he then recollected that he need to find out.. And even after he found out he didn’t cal me to let me know.. That is not the response we expect from your employees.. We don’t have to chase up so many times for the same thing.. Like I said it’s fine if u cannot help but no response to a customer is not acceptable.. That is called Worst Customer Service.. I know about the cruise prices it might go up anytime but because your staff has not provided the details that i asked for on time .. I kept waiting for him to give me details.. I asked him to give me the prices again but he didn’t call back or send me a quote .. So Ofcourse its Dissappointing.. You can ask Swetha another colleague how many times we called.. Even on the 1st day we called she was gonna ask Deepesh to check for me and call back.. But I never got a call back.. This is not 4 or 5 days ago.. This happened since Dec 1st.. We knew Padma since a long time.. But this is not people expect from you”

“s.h.i.t.e service from hyderabad travels.. when you change ticket whilest it is still in blocked state – no payment is made to the air lines, if new ticket fare is less than first ticket .. you can either kiss your money good bye or have to hassel them for 2 months to get money back.
