Payment Options
ICE Design accepts payment from Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Security
If you’ve chosen to save your credit card details for future purchases on our site these details will be saved by our secure payment gateway, Braintree. Braintree will store your details in their secure vaults; they won’t be saved locally nor will we have access to them.

Store Credit
You can turn your ICE Online Gift Vouchers into on-line store credit, which can be stored on your account. You can use this credit while shopping at ICE Design on line.

Promo Codes
If you have a promo code then all you need to do is go to your cart when you are ready to checkout and enter the code in the field provided. Click “apply”, and your order will be instantly adjusted to account for the discount.

If your code isn’t working check whether it has expired or has been entered incorrectly. Make sure not to use spaces when typing it out. Only one code can be used per order.

Gift Vouchers
To use an ICE Online Gift Voucher go to your cart when you have selected everything you wish to buy and, in the field provided, enter your gift voucher number. Click “Apply” and the gift voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your order.

ICE Gift Cards purchased in one of our retail stores, or in our on line store, can only be used in our retail stores. However, ICE Online Gift Vouchers can be bought and used in our on line store.

Shipping Info

Deliveries will be made during business hours, 9:00am–5:00pm, and a signature is required upon delivery. If you will not be home during these times we recommend using a work address as Australia Post will not leave packages without receiving a signature. If they tried to deliver your package and no one was there to sign for it then they will leave a card giving you instructions on how to pick up your order from one of their post offices.

We don’t ship orders on the weekend or on holidays. Any orders made by 8am will be processed and dispatched on the same day. Orders made after 8am will be processed and dispatched the following day.

We can ship Express Post within Australia. Delivery times are generally 2 – 3 business days for metropolitan areas. For regional areas, delivery is generally between 3 – 7 business days. To see if you are within the Express Post network please check the Australia Post website.

Delivery times on International orders will depend on how far away from Sydney, Australia you live. But we do our best to ensure you receive your order in a timely manner.

Please Note: Postal charges do not include possible taxes and duties that can be applied by customs. The responsibility for any customs duties, foreign taxes, or other fees rests with the customer. To comply with Australian Export Regulations we are required to declare the exact value of all items ordered and mark them as ‘merchandise’.

Returns & Exchange

Here at ICE Design we aim to provide you with a hassle-free shopping experience, this includes our comprehensive returns and exchanges service. We do our best to ensure you get exactly what you want with the best possible fit. However, we do have some terms and conditions regarding our Returns and Exchanges Policy:

ICE Design does not give refunds upon change of mind.Online Returns and Exchanges Requirements:Merchandise must be returned within 21 days of receipt.

We can only accept exchanges on items upon change of mind if the requested replacement is still in stock. In the event that the alternate item has sold out an Online Voucher will be issued for the on-line store equal to the amount paid for the original item.

Exchanges will only be accepted if the item is in the original condition with the receipt provided and all tags still attached.

For hygiene reasons ICE Design does not allow exchanges on underwear, swimwear, and earrings.

No soiled, worn, or damaged items can be returned or exchanged.

All final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.

Faulty items must be returned with the receipt and all tags still attached.

Exchanges
NOTE: The easiest and quickest option is to try and exchange an item at one of our Retail Store Locations.

All exchanges must be initiated within 21 days of online purchase.

Exchange Requirements:
If you need a different size or colour we will do our best to assist you. If there are no stores nearby or they do not stock the item you want you can make an exchange with the online store by following these steps:
CHECKED OUT AS A MEMBER?

From the “My Account” tab you can click through to “My Orders” to begin the exchange process.
Select the order with the item you wish to exchange and then click the “Returns” option at the top of the order page.
Please fill out the request form with the details of the item you wish to exchange and your reason for wanting an exchange, as well as any other comments you have. Once you have submitted this form our team will review it and then give you instructions on how to proceed.

CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST?

If you submitted your order as a Guest and you need to return an item, you will need to Contact Us and provide us with the following information:

Sometimes the item you have requested for exchange will become sold out before your exchange can be processed. When this happens you will be given an ICE Online Voucher equal to the amount you paid for the returned item, which can be spent in the on-line store ONLY.
Faulty Items
If you receive an item that is faulty then you can return it for a full refund.

CHECKED OUT AS A MEMBER?

Using the Returns form accessed through the “My Order” tab on your account dashboard: click on the “Returns” link at the top of your order and fill out the form with the relevant details.
We recommend attaching a photo of the faulty item as this will ensure our team can process your request as quickly as possible.
Once we review and approve this, we will then send out postage to return the garment, for either an exchange, credit or refund.

CHECKED OUT AS A GUEST?

If you submitted your order as a guest and not through and ICE Design account, please Contact Us if you received a faulty item.

Your refund will be processed within 2-5 business days once we have received the item/s. You’ll receive an email notification as soon as the transaction has been processed, but please allow a few extra days for the amount to show up in your account while your bank processes the transaction.

International Orders

While ICE Design does ship internationally, our shipping prices and times vary from our standard shipping within Australia.

Gift Vouchers

You can buy both ICE Online Gift Vouchers and ICE Gift Cards in our on-line store here. Online Gift Vouchers can only be used in our on-line store, while Gift Cards can only be used in our retail stores.

To use an ICE Online Gift Voucher, go to your cart when you have selected everything you wish to buy. Then, in the field provided, enter your gift voucher number. Click “Apply” and the gift voucher amount will be automatically deducted from your order.

Alternatively, if you are a member of ICE Design you can redeem your ICE Online Gift Voucher for on-line store credit, which will be stored in your account. To do this go to the “Gift Voucher” tab on your account dashboard and enter your ICE Online Gift Voucher number. This will allow you to redeem your Online Gft Voucher for on-line store credit.

To check the balance of your ICE Online Gift Voucher or ICE Gift Card simply go to the “Gift Voucher” tab on your account dashboard and enter your gift voucher/ card number in the space provided. The balance remaining on your voucher/ card, as well as it’s expiry date, will be displayed.

Returns
