“Very disappointed with my colour – it wasn’t “bad” which is why I’ve given a rating of Fair, but it was nothing like I had asked for. I brought a photo in and had a 10 minute consultation but that unfortunately made no difference.
Lowlights were not deep enough and highlights were not creamy as requested but more of a warm golden colour. Unfortunately I was visiting from NSW so can’t go back in for a fix- not sure I would bother anyway.”
