Ticket Delivery

paper tickets will be delivered to your office along with any other travel documentation such as travel insurance, accommodation and car rental confirmation vouchers if required.

E-Ticket Facilities

on all domestic and certain international flights a photo id is all that is required to collect your boarding pass at check-in or the airline lounge if you are a club member.

Hotel Rates

Inflight Travel has access to negotiated contract rates with major hotels and chains in capital cities throughout australia and overseas, these hotels include Hilton, Sheraton, Intercontinental, Hyatt, the Accor group plus many other exclusive independent hotels.

Cancellation

in the event of cancellation, you may automatically lose your deposits and additional fees may apply from the Tour Operator or Airline subject to their booking conditions.

Refunds

if you are eligible for a refund once a booking has been cancelled, the balance less any non-refundable amounts will be forwarded to you upon receipt of the refund from the Tour Operator or Airline. some refunds take upwards of 8 weeks to process.
