About Me

My interest in counselling, mind body connections and personal development began in 1990s. Having worked as a body-worker and therapist, over the years I became increasingly aware of the powerful influence of our thoughts, emotions and beliefs on our physical bodies and overall well-being.

Personally, I have gone through my own journey of challenges, difficulties and health issues and found healing in holistic approaches, in particular holistic counselling. Through this experience, I have gained more insight and become a more considerate and thoughtful person.

Having seen real benefits through working with the mind and emotions in myself and others, I am inspired to help people in all walks of life to gain more happiness and reach their full potential. I believe that we can learn from every past experience. Sometimes, it is the most difficult moments in life that make us grow, find strength and gain better insight as to who we are.

I came to Australia when I was two years old. Apart from English, I also speak French and Italian. I have a technical background in electronics and have studied and taught Tai Chi for over 20 years. I have lived and worked in suburbia and country Victoria farming communities.

My diverse experience, exposure to different cultures and life styles, and technical background have all contributed to shaping my counselling approach – one that is based on empathy, acceptance and understanding.
